On September 15,2017, the Jiangsu Friendly Commerce Delegation, organized by JiangsuAssociation for Friendship and International Exchanges (JAFIE), held the“Friendly Commerce Forum of Philippines and China Jiangsu” at Hilton Manila.

Beltran, Vice Minister andChief Economist of the Philippine Department of Finance, addressed the forum.Representatives of entrepreneurs from both China and the Philippines attendedthe forum.
